Being is effective PM starts with having efficient networking skills. Tha ability to understand a problem, surface it and communicate it makes one a successful PM. I am looking for seasoned PM’s working in software/IT industry willing to network and contribute to each other’s growth. The idea is to meet bi monthly or once a week for 30 minutes to share tricks of trade, lesson learned or just a PM sync up. Thanks!
