I am looking for a software tool which would help manage operations in non-profit small business!

Details include: volunteers come to site to collect material then leave the building with raw material and return the finished goods once done. managers need to track material In material Out and create sense of accountability for volunteers to be in time.

Why not use a simple visual work management tool such as Trello?

I agree with Kiron, Trello is a good option. Also, there is a newfangled project monitoring solution that combines agile with global indicators. Every team member can be included in a Trello dashboard, to update the state of his respective tasks. Then, the information is translated into a global indicators panel, that can be shared with management supervisors. Thanks Kiron and Veronica! appreciate both of you for willingness to help. Trello seems to be a good tool, I would dig deeper but if you know whether it can get linked to inventory management system?that would be great. Or if any other tool which would help keep track of inventory of finished goods as well.

Most work management solutions are not inventory or asset management tools so you might have to look at an integrated approach rather than a single solution to cover both sets of needs.
