I just started a position where I am managing a team that develops websites. From prior positions, I have many project schedules for software development projects, network projects, etc. Does anyone have a sample project schedule that outlines, at a good level of detail, the WBS and tasks required to complete a website?
We do use a Content Management System in these projects.

I think talking to your team about what they need to do to complete the project will be more beneficial than working from a template. There is a good book about managing technical projects that might give you some other ideas, called Growing Software by Louis Testa, although I would still advocate that between your experience and that of the web developers, you can quickly come up with a comprehensive plan.
