Could anyone kindly share the small DevOps Agile project plan worksheet / excel sheet along with sprint release.

Not sure what you mean by an agile project plan work sheet - are you referring to a task list, a Gantt chart, a product backlog template or something else?

The best way to kick off sprint planning is to make a list of the priority epics with the whole team present. Let the team break it down into stories. I suggest you avoid templates or Excel and instead use whatever project collaboration / backlog management tool you have. If you don't have a suitable collaboration tool then use one of the many "free" or semi-free options available.

The backlog is your sprint plan. Here's an example of a backlog in story form:

DevOps is just a way of delivering a product to users. You don't necessarily have to do anything different in your planning just because you are taking a DevOps approach to delivery.

These are all driven by the vision for the project and the proposed high-level scope. DevOps projects could range from purely technical ones such as implementing CI pipelines to a wholesale transformation of an organization's delivery to implementation practices.
