Hello Professionals,
I recently obtained my CAPM certification in September 2020. I also have a MBA. I am currently a Program Manager for a company in Thailand. I manage 7 contracts and a team of 40 people. I am looking to transition into a Project Coordinator/Project Associate position.

I am looking for an opportunity, and a mentor to help guide me in starting my career in PM. I am willing to relocate if need.

Any advice and guidance is welcomed.

@Alexandra, you do not need to start something. You are a project/program manager right now. But if you are trying to find a new job is a good opportunity to search for jobs because everything is virtual today (and I think it will be from long time) then organizations are searching for remote managers. For example, you can find opportunities in the place where I am working today by applying in PepsiCo Jobs webpage. I can assure that is the place where HR people search for new roles including it internal people movement.
