TBM and Project Management?

For anyone that has implemented Technology Business Management within their organization, what has the impact been on their Project Management Approach and PMO?

I have implement it from two or three years ago in my actual work place. Because when we have an architecture based schema to put this type of things as layers to minimize the impacts we do not have too much except for the case that everybody in the company started to record the work time weekly in a central repository. At least this is the major impact. But the benefit was to have a more automatic way to control project costs.

Really it was great ; where PM team now accessing same tool :
Procurement issue PO through system
PM do his Cost projection through the system
AA issue invoices to customers through the system
Finance post suppliers invoices through the system

and most important is the reporting tools.
