What would be a good strategy to prepare for the exam with 6 different resources?

I have been reading the following books in preparation for taking the exam "PMI-PBA":

1- The PMI Guide to Business Analysis (2018).
2- Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide
3- Business Analysis Techniques: 72 Essential Tools for Success
4- the business analysis handbook
5- requirements management
6- "PMI-PBA" Handbook

and it's been taking me too long jumping around these books for each chapter, taking the PMI Guide as the main book to start with while going back and fourth for other mentioned listed to get more in-depth insights. yet it's becoming more confusing as I go since chapters for each book are not following the same sequance.

so far I find the Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide is more related to the logic process we been doing in the field for too long.

for example, the guide leave the stakeholder engagement until a later stage and after forming a situation statement and an actual business case!

it also start in chapter 4.1 the following inputs "Elicitation results (unconfirmed/confirmed)" while it's discussed later on! so why wouldn't the guide start with this first then consider it as an input to the next chapter.

I believe the PMI guide methodology was clear in PMP but it's not working properly in this PBA

in anyway, I would like to go ahead and take the exam but was wondering what are your thoughts in terms of a strategy to go over it.

and why there isn't a master process that takes PBA clearly from one step to another with clear deliverables at each stage, I mean shouldn't we apply what we preach in PBA? mind mapping and a process flow for the content of the Guide would be a good start!

I'm happy this comes handy Mr Kwiyuh, If you are studying for the exam, possibly all references are equally important. but if you are practicing BA today then I strongly suggest to focus on:

First: Business Analysis Techniques: 72 Essential Tools for Success
Second: Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide

the rest can wait until you are ready to start studying for the exam.

the first suggestion is a great resource, goes directly to the point explains the methodologies and gives you example and on to the next one.
