This is the first time I work on a project that has 4 members, one is a C++ developer, one is a C# developer, one is an Android developer and one is a DevOps, so the problem is when they estimated using story point which Android developer estimated that story is 13 user points but C# developer estimated 8 points and the other estimated 21. Nobody can critically review each other because they have no idea of the other work. So how can we resolve that?
Love to hear your thoughts on this.

If you had a true cross-functional team of generalizing specialists, everyone could be involved in estimating all work items as anyone could theoretically work on any work item.

In your case, the folks who are directly involved with each work item should be the ones sizing it. I doubt all four of these developers are working on each work item - most likely you'd have an analyst, a dev and a tester. People who are not involved with completing a work item OR who have no expertise in what's required shouldn't size those work items.

Thanks Kiron,
Just to add that estimation should be as unbiased as possible to avoid conflicts
