I am a lead in my company developing a PMI frame work for Project Managers, and I have developed three procedures with my team. These three procedures are defining requirements and developing project scope, developing project quality management, and developing a risk management plan, identifying risk and forming risk responses. I have also created a risk register template.
Can I claim this work as PDU's under Sharing? I took 2hrs for each procedure and 1 hour for the template.
I'd suggest that this would fall under the 8 PDUs/3 year cycle for working in the field as you were developing these as part of your main job and not doing so to really "give back" to the broader PM community.
However, for an official verdict, I'd recommend contacting PMI's customer support.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback and I will contact CS.
I have already claimed the 8 working as a practitioner as I manage capital projects as well. Saving Changes...
