OPM3 Capabilities Statement/Directory

Hi PM Community - Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the OPM3 Capabilities directory? Any help would be most appreciated!

I have a personal, non-sharable, copy, as have others who paid for it 10-15 years ago. I am not sure if those statements still are valuable and applicable though.
