During the ten minute break, once you leave the room you are taking the exam in, you can go wherever you'd like but just remember that if you are not back at your desk by the end of the ten minutes the exam time will continue.

That is correct, before you go on break, you have to make sure you complete the first section fully and not leave any questions not complete. That’s what I know and what other candidates told me.
At my time when I took the PMP years ago, we were not allowed any break and if we needed to take one, the clock keeps moving.
