What are some simple, useful examples of Citizen Development you've seen in the workplace?

Citizen development can be used to build applications of considerable scope and complexity. But it's also great for making our work lives that little bit easier in simple ways.

I've seen CD used to create a user friendly sales tracker that can be easily updated and accessed; to streamline a team's weekly reporting process, replacing need to use email and PowerPoint; to establish a more interactive and inclusive way of ideating and planning social activities.

What ways have you seen CD used to improve everyday work life?

When I see some countries struggling to get government-sanctioned vaccination tracking solutions built for ridiculous budgets, I question whether a CD or at least crowdsourced approach might be better.
