Each day offers its own unique opportunities, different types of challenges we run across as we navigate through personal and work activities.

What can you do today to invigorate your motivation? Let's take an extra moment to think in terms of curiosity ---

Ask questions; be curious. Show up and look through a lens of curiosity and interest.

How did it go for you?

Hello, good game to stimulate participation. Every day, I read the worldwide new tendencies and how people try to adapt to their environment. Here, it is the start point for motivating my brain to create innovative solutions.
Elena, that's a great point. And the goal. Stimulate something new in you and others. And, yes, we should have fun with it!

This is a great story, Adela. Thanks, for sharing.

I'd be interested how all of the additional learning has made its way into your professional life. Has it changed you analogies, tidbits, ice-breaker opportunities? I'd bet you'd be a great resource for 'Did you Know' fact sharing.
Yes, it allows for more interesting discussions than the weather ^^

Otherwise, I noticed that it helps my sense of observation and analysis.

The new knowledge about psychology made me look differently at people and I find myself applying different tips that make me more present when exchanging with others. I have a new enhanced sense of empathy and overall I can read a little better the room when in a meeting.

Reading about history has helped me understand motivations behind actions. I try to always remind myself to look for that in my work so that I can understand what the others are driven by and therefore better negotiate, collaborate and exchange. I truly believe that this enhances my strategic thinking abilities.
Learning about the past and how a situation has been handled also provides a list of good options in case a difficult situation arises.
