PMP application - Issues with the webpage?

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to commence my PMP application for a couple of days now without any success.
When I click on 'Apply now for your PMP' here https://www.pmi.org/certifications/project-management-pmp
the next page wouldn't just load and come up as blank - https://certification.pmi.org/launch/application/pmp

I have tried to clear the cookies and tried from 3 different devices but no luck.

I checked with the 24x7 chat on PMI but they said no such ongoing technical issue that they are aware of.

Has anyone else had this issue, perhaps?

Does one need to be a PMI member and/or a member of the local chapter in order to commence the application? I wouldn't think so; in case if that's the reason my application isn't loading at all..?

Contact customer support. However, do disconnect the VPN.

I'm having issues with this too. I'm surprised that 5 years later PMI hasn't had their web developers look at this issue. I can't load my CAPM application form. I have tried it on 2 different browsers, cleared the cache on both browsers and also tried using private browsing/incognito on both browsers and the same thing happens. I have also tried on my workplace's corporate ethernet network, and 2 separate wifi networks. VPN is not enabled.

Is there a paper application form we can scan and email you? Because that's probably going to be easiest to do at this point.
I faced the same issue. And it seems the problem is that PMI blocks some IP addresses from time to time.

While trying to solve the issue, I cleared all cache and cookies, disabled AdBlock, tried 3 different browsers, as well as incognito mode. Also tried to submit the application on three different laptops and on the smartphone - nothing helped.

Then I decided to enable VPN, and it worked. I was able to submit the application on the first try.
This is just painful.
I tried all the ideas shared in this discussion but no luck. I contacted support but as someone already mentioned, they are just useless.
Not sure what to do next ...
