Hi Network,

To throw one more challenge on the road I'm travelling on, I'm thinking of starting the process of the PgMP certification. As I would like to spend a little more on planning before deep-diving into the material, I'm wondering if someone would be so kind to share his/her experience and help me build the path to an effective studying roadmap. Any small suggestion, recommendation would be highly appreciated. Thank you very much for your attention and help. Paolo

Two important resources for the PgMP certification preparation :
1) The Standard for Program Management – Fourth Edition from PMI
2) Program Management Professional (PgMP) Handbook by Author Anand Vijayakumar
Udemy has got good mock tests courses for this PgMP exam as well, so once you get a good understanding of all the 5 domains below
Domain 1: Strategic Program Management
Domain 2: Program Life Cycle
Domain 3: Benefits Management
Domain 4: Stakeholder Management
Domain 5: Governance
then use these mock exams to get prepared for the main exam.

I personally am in the process of studying now for the PgMP and I am studying the PMI Standard, ECO and will work on solving few practice exams that’s it. While I’m studying, I will dive deeper into certain topics that I feel are important.

This is my plan, simple and straight forward.

Good Luck.

Hi Jennifer, I am aware of two sites which were recommended by other candidates:

1) Udemy
2) Acepro Consulting (Around $120 USD)

Hope this helps.
