PMI does not publish the passing grade for their certification exams. If you are on or above target for the domains against which the questions are based, you will pass. If you are below target for one or more domains, you may not pass.
There had been a widely circulated assumption out there about older versions of the exam having a pass grade of somewhere between 60-65% but that was never substantiated by anyone who knows for sure.

I agree with Kiron and the passing score (whatever it was) differs from one exam to another based on the level of difficulty of the questions you get from the pool.
PMI hasn't published any concrete information about the needed score to pass PMP exam, but you must attain environ 80% -85% in PMP exam simulators, to consider you are able to take the real exam. Saving Changes...
