Anyone noticing issues with the auto-reporting of the Webinar PDUs? all of mine are stuck since last Friday/Saturday. I know it takes about 48-72 hours for the auto-report but it should have gone to the "processing" state now. I emailed customercare but get the standard canned response. My renewal is coming up on the 7th Apr, so I'm in a time crunch. What are my options? Saving Changes...
Mine have been coming up within about a day, and I did a few over the weekend. I'd call customer care. If you don't get them all by the renewal date, I believe you just have a temporary gap in your certification. Saving Changes...

Hopefully they should come through by the 6th if not before but if not, you have a record of when you attended those webinars and other details so just go claim them manually in your CCRS and that will solve your problem then when the other come through, just delete them (Don’t delete the one you manually claimed, the auto ones).

Hi there! PDUs are currently being processed from the PMXPO on the 25th of March. As you can imagine with a large event, there are hundreds of thousands of PDUs! We're processing as fast as we can and PDUs earned by viewing on-demand videos will resume soon. As always, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time.
Thanks and appreciate all the response. Just wanted to provide an update - all of my pending PDUs have got processed and posted, just in time for the renewal. Although there are few more, those are not critical for the renewal itself.
PDU's acknowledge have experienced a little delay at the end of March and in April, but don't worry, early or later, you'll have your points recognized by PMI. Saving Changes...
