On-demand webinars - PDUs not shown on my account

Hello, I have watched a number of on-demand webinars during last week, but PDUs have not been added to my account, yet. Normally it was taking 1-2 days. Is there a technical problem or other reason? Are the PDUs lost or will be added later?

Hello Petros - PDUs are currently being processed from the PMXPO on the 25th of March. With such a large event, there are hundreds of thousands of PDUs! We are processing as fast as we can and PDUs earned by viewing on-demand videos will resume soon. As always, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time.

I had the same situation with an on-demand webinar I watched at finish of march 2021. but PDU's haven't been processed yet. Thanks to Kimberly's explanation, we're now calm.
