Communication, internal and external, specially when there is an urgent issue to be solve, stakeholder management, and deployment of international staff.

Thanks, these are all great, but let's refine it down a bit. Do you all mean that PMs can't control Scope and monitor, PMs can't communicate, PMs don't know how to deal with urgent issues? Just trying to click down a bit to really understand what are the big issues of the day are for folks.

What if the project is delivered on time and budget but the customer is not satisfied or the deliverable is not as expected? Saving Changes...

There is lot of uncertainty around with no indication of when there will be normalcy
Lot of complexities with many interdependencies
