Hello,
I've been looking for software to use in managing projects that will allow for a hybrid approach. The main issue I have found is finding a solution that is either FedRamp certified for cloud applications, or offers an on premises installation. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them. Currently we're using stand alone installs of MS Project.
What we’re looking for in functionality is:
• The ability to build a project via a gantt with team resources.
• Assign tasks to team members with resources.
• Designate which tasks are to go to a Kanban or Scum board, and set up Sprints.
• Have those tasks show up automatically in the team member’s dashboard of things to do and manage.
• Those tasks as reported by the team members will auto populate % complete back to the gantt workspace.
• To be able to push project information to pages to publish project data and status... and if possible manage documents.
• See resource loading across all company projects.
I think Jira/Confluence/BigPicture would do the job but they're not FedRamp certified yet. They have also discontinued the Jira Server option and only offer the Datacenter license which is a little pricey for us at 300K a year.
Trello appears to be FedRamp but it seems to be watered down Jira.
Thanks,
