Simpli Learn do provide CSM courses. However, I recommend you look at scrum.org. They are the reators of scrum and they have a suite of decent scrum certifications of which one of them is PSM.
Their foundational level certificates are less pricy, gaining more attraction with emplopyers and do not expire unlike others scrum certifications that I know.

The CSM is highly visible, dominant and valuable in the job market - especially if you really internalize and practice what you learn. Perhaps the most dominant Scrum certification in the job market. See the Scrum Alliance website for a course that suits you:
