At my institution, we are combining three different departments and are having a hard time what the name of the department would be. One sector is Project Managers, second sector, is Business Analysists, and Third is process improvement analysists. We are trying to come up with a name for the department that makes sense for our bank as well something that explains all of us.

I have usually seen these under the Transformation departments or Innovation & Transformation as mentioned above.

How about starting with a Mission Statement for the re-organized team. Get your tag based on what you are trying to achieve.

Essentially - Why are we doing this? What is the deliverable?
