Business Continuity Program

I am in the beginning stages of convincing senior management at our colleges that we need to develop a business continuity program. This would also solidfy our need for disaster recovery planning. Along with this endeavor comes a newly created position and where this position resides in the organization. I am putting this position at an 'associate dean' level to be able to communicate up and the down the organizational ladder with some clout. Any suggestions on approaching this program and position. Thanks.

Tom and Linda, for "business continuity
program" and "disaster recovery planning",
I suggest using a web search engine like
Google.Com or Northernlight.Com. I also
like HotBot.Com because you can quickly
drill down to the more popular links for
the search words you're using. In any
case, you'll find a ton of resources in
the areas of your interest. Visit my
bookmarks section for other effective
search engines and sites.
