As I sit here working, I am wondering if anyone in this community has a template or sample you can share with me for a Business Continuity /Disaster Recovery business case? The group I am working with has been asked to write a business case justifying the need to continue with Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (sustainability). Management doesn’t understand the need to continue once they have plans in place. All information would be kept in the strictest confidence. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
