1. Is it worth it to have this certification in hand?
2. What are the best and authentic materials to prepare for ACP exam to pass in first attempt?

1. The ACP is a good general agile certification as it shows you have some actual experience and knowledge of more than just a single framework or method. But it is not the most popular one out there in terms of Google hits - that dubious distinction goes to the CSM which has many more years of heavy marketing behind it. However, the CSM doesn't prove anything more than you've taken an expensive two day course and written an exam.

2. Both Mike Griffiths and Andy Crowe have written good self-study guides for the ACP. Assuming you have the prerequisite education and experience, you should have no problem passing the exam using one of those two resources.

Any exam simulators you know which have some authentic questions for practice? I have done PMP and as per my knowledge the real exam questions are not that easy to attempt.
I do have the Mike Griffiths book aswell

1-in my personal case I made my own estimation about future market demands before investing time and effort to get a new certification. And it does not matter if a company offer me to pay for the exam. In my case I am PMP, PMI-ACP and PMI-PBA.
2-After reading lot of posts, seems to me that Mike Griffiths is the new "Rita Mulcahy" for PMI-ACP certification (hehehe). He is an authority in the matter and I saw his materials helped lot of people to get the certification. With that said, I have to say I do not know @Mike´s materials, just the comments I saw from long time ago.

I totally agree with Kiron. For me personally, PMI-ACP was a great certification and added lots of value. You have to evaluate whether it will add value to your or not depending on what your end goal is.

As for the material, I agree, Mike’s book is an outstanding resource. Here is a link to my PMI-ACP blog that has a few tips about the certification:

I cleared the exam today early morning only. Sharing my first-hand experience :)

Books suggestions , I agree with all champs above. Take any one Mike G, Joseph P or Andrew and others. The most important thing would be to get into the exams question / answers mode. The questions are very tricky and lengthy. All were practical and scenario based questions. Try to finish the book , get the basics and learn with the mocks. You might also need to think about time management during the exam . Try to scale your mock timings to 150 minutes , if possible . I didn't get time to do any review. My previous Scrum Certifications were nothing compared to PMI-ACP.

Exam was not easy for me but I really enjoyed while answering the questions. Classy Exam !!

Thank you Vijay and congratulations on passing the exam. Completely agree with you on the level of complexity point. I attempted PMP last year and can understand how complex the questions are. For ACP I couldn't find any authentic questions. If you know any link or have data for it, please share.

Thanks Bilal.

Below are the mocks I tried :

Paid :
• Joseph Phillips : https://www.udemy.com/course/pmi-acp-practice-exam/ . If you are going for his course also on Udemy you’ll get 120 questions more .
• Whizlabs : https://www.whizlabs.com/pmi-acp/practice-tests/ . There are 4 mocks , I tried only one . It was good.
• Shrilearing : https://shrilearning.com .Took offline package from them for mocks and video.

Free :
https://www.simplilearn.com/pmi-acp-exam-prep-free-practice-test

• Edward Chund : https://edward-designer.com/web/pmi-acp/
You’ll find some free question(not full mocks , but helpful) links from edward’s blog.

• 7 Day Trial is there from prep-cast. But they have very straight forward questions / answers . Not very helpful for me.

All the best !
