Automated Tools to calculate annual raise based on old salary and evaluation

linkedin twitter facebook   Agile   Scrum
Hello

I am trying to find a tool that do the following

1- enter employee join date
2- enter start salary for each employee
3- enter monthly evaluation as degree from 1 to 10 for example based on some KPI like (quality, responsibility, attitude, etc)
4- enter the min percentage of raise

the tool should calculate the annual raise of each employee , and also provide a nice clear graphical report about each employee

can anyone recommend tools to do that ?

I'm not a fan of such automated salary increase tools as the people manager's judgment is ignored in favor of a formula, but you could create something like this very easily in MS Excel using a lookup table for the raise percentage based on the average annual evaluation or other criterion.

Kiron made a good point.
Anyways, you can create an excel sheet for this.

Well very HR topic.

Except for Excel which can do everything. Literally:) Workday has this capability.
But for both algorithms how you distribute the rise budget among the team is up to you. Tools will help to simulate before sending for approval.

I think you should start with a simple Excel template where you enter the conditions for the raise.

Otherwise there are more powerful HRIS tools (you're probably looking for the Compensation modules, not the entire suite): as mentioned above by Marek, Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, SAP's Successfactors etc
For small companies maybe look at BambooHR, Zenfits, Cornerstone etc

And there are a lot of smaller online tools if you do not have a big workforce.
