It's a new course and exam to attain a micro-credential from PMI. This one is on Organizational transformation.

You can check PMI's website : https://www.pmi.org/organizational-transformation.

It introduces Brightline's Transformation compass (https://www.brightline.org/resources/transformation-compass/) to navigate the challenges your organization, and you, may face to get from where it is to where it wants/needs to be.
