How long will it take employers to include DASM, DASSM or DAC as a job requirement?

Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master or LSS are academic requirements often demanded by the employer (LSS and the Scrum manifesto were both created back in 2001).

Do you believe that DASM and alike will be specifically demanded in the future? How long will it take to become widely known (and valued)? How do you envision its evolution in the VUCA world we live in?

Hopefully never. Certification, any certification has never been evidence that you can do the work. I know more people that got some certification that has prerequisites such as experience, education, etc. without meeting them than those who actually got the certification by meeting the requirement.
