I am looking for an in-person training for the RMP exam. Does anyone have recommendations? Thanks!

It might be tough to find in person training now given then current COVID situation most training provides do training virtually. However, it is best if you check with your local chapter as local chapters provide training for some PMI certifications but it differs from one chapter to another.

could you provide some clarification around the need for in-person training as I found with the RMP that reviewing PMI's key resources (e.g. PMBOK Guide Chapter 11, Risk Management Standard) and doing many practice questions from a quality provider was sufficient to enable me to pass the exam.

I am assuming you have taken the PMP exam as well as passing the RMP exam? How in the weeds does the RMP exam get compared to the PMP? I ended up taking two separate in person classes before I took the PMP exam.

Review PMI's tips to prepare for PMP-RPM exam: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/risk-management-rmp/exam-prep,
and look for an Authorized training partner at https://atp.pmi.org/provider-directory or https://www.pmi.org/learning/training-deve...ate%20ascending

Project Management Academy(Educate 360) has an RMP class both virtual and VOD. That's the one I am currently looking into.

Thanks for the ideas and responses. I can definitely tell that the RMP is more specialized than the PMP and with the COVID situation it is hard to find anything in person. I am looking for a class to get me started with my studies that is why I was thinking a boot camp would be a good kick-off and provide some direction. Plus, maybe it would help me meet other people that are studying for the same thing.
