Anyone have experience with a package to manage a wind turbine construction project? Most tools we are using are hand built on Excel. Trying to track the entire project from deliveries, construction, commissioning then closing. During construction we face several smaller projects that need to be managed as well. Also tracking notices, change orders, force maneuver and excusable events, parts and tooling ordering, milestone tracking, deliverables, etc. Hoping to find something outside of MSproject that would fit and it’d be great to use a tool like PowerBI to display the projects progress easily. Not sure if anyone has experience in this industry and some tools and techniques recommended. Saving Changes...
