In the same way you manage a team which are distributed inside a company which have different buildings except for the case that when you decide to meet with all the team available time has to be compatibilized. I am doing that from long time ago because I am working with highly distributed virtual teams along the world. The situation has to be clear from the very begining including it inside the contract just in case you are working with providers like I am doing.

We included working hours in the statement of work, including recognition of national holidays for the remote team. Find asynchronous ways of communicating like collaboration tools and vary the times of meetings so you have different individuals taking the load of meeting at unsociable hours (indeed, if you need to have meetings at all).

We use collaborative tools such as Google Chat to help stay connected outside of our structured meetings and status reports. You can cater your communications, meeting requirements and status reports to help meet any gaps where the time zones make it hard to meet. I've found that sometimes working in different time zones can have a advantage because some team members are working while you're sleeping and you can come in the next morning and the work is complete and ready to be reviewed.
Dear Paphatpisit
First, try to reorganize the teams to prevent the maximum dependences among them. Then, advocate for a mindset of collaboration to help to share as much information as possible fast, using heavyweight technologies (cloud databases) to make available the last version of information based on their schedule time.
Having a war room with video conference is essential to face to face meeting, to share ideas, knowledge, and get accurate feedback, promoting participation-consensus decision-making. Leadership is critical to coach teams in soft competencies, allowing better communication even though the difficulty of distribution.
