Background: I will be migrating application from old location to new one Timeline is of 3 months strict.
Issue: - App SME who was working on application since last so many years is now leaving in another one month. - This app's operations handed over to new team and team is new to the application. - This team is also new to me as a PM - KT to team is on - New team says it needs some 3 to 4 months to learn and get the hang of it - Team fears if we migrate without sufficient knowledge migration will fail or break - Deadline is strict and do not have this much time.
