Does anyone know of any issue/bug tracking, project management software like JIRA? I am researching on JIRA alternatives.

I am using project management software since 2001 and have also used Primavera latest version P6. I am die hard fan of project management softwares and have extensive experience of issue / bug tracking and resolving. Please share exact details so that I can look into.

Thank you for a quick reply. We need a software that can create workflows based on our SDLC. It should also allow creation of Project/ Enhancement tickets and bugs, addition of custom fields, export to excel, filters, dashboards, scripting. It should be able to talk to SSRS reports. We currently have JIRA but we are looking for alternatives. The number of users will be around 1000. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks, Aparna

It depends what your emphasis is on (PM or having the support desk side of things or both).
