Looking for a picture of the "PMO Sheriff" from an old issue of PMI Today

To all PMI veterans. I remember seeing many years ago (might be up to 20, since I am a member since 2001) a picture of a guy who used to come to the PMI Conferences as "PMO Sheriff" (or a similar name). He used to wear an ammunition belt with office supplies, PMBOK Guide in a leather pouch and he wore a cowboy hat with "PMO Sheriff" written on it. With this he somewhat made fun of the fact that his role in the organization was to ensure that everyone "follows the law", i.e. the guidelines established by the organization.
Does anyone know where I can get that picture? I think I saw it in PMI Today in an article on a PMI conference.
Any help is much appreciated!
