As we wind down the first week of June, (wow, June already?!), we here in the community would love to know if you attended this week’s Virtual Experience Series that took place on Wednesday, 2 June 2021. If so, either share your key takeaways, presentations that absolutely amazed you and why. You can also share if you visited booths in the exhibit hall, were they helpful to you? Did you partake in the scavenger hunt or gather stamps for your PM passport? There were so many interactive sessions at once so it would be great to hear your favorites within the comments section below.
My personal favs were the Wicked Problem Solving session presentation by Tom Wujec and Mario Arlt who provided a playbook to tackle any problem; and the closing session by Derreck Kayongo sharing his own personal experience with confronting workforce discrimination. WOW, truly mesmerizing!!
***Bonus Question*** - Which virtual event and year did Derreck Kayongo open as our keynote speaker?
So, now it’s your turn to spill the beans! Even if you did not attend the event this week, why not give kudos to a fellow community member on this site who answered a question you posted that pointed you in the right direction. Offer that person thanks in the comments below.
Let’s see how many folks “care to share” the love!

Love this - Thank You ! I did register for the June 2 event but the free version, however, it was very limited especially in terms of networking. The fee for members was reasonable but I knew given that I had some work commitments, I won't be able to attend any session but to your point about WPS, I took the course. It is a great and very well-structured course, loved it and enjoyed how Tom presents it.
As for the Kudos:
My first Kudos goes to you and Heather for always being there for the community and responding in a timely manner. You both reflect a great example of excellence (Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude).
My second Kudos goes to my friend and community colleague Kiron Bondale for his great and thought provoking blogs and for always being there for community members answering their concerns and questions. He is an invaluable member of this community.
Have a great weeked !

Dear Kimberly
In general, I think the event was very good in terms of organization and implementation, in the workshops (content and speakers).
Congratulations to the entire team and the speakers
In my opinion, the most impactful workshops were, in the following order:
1st "Reimagining Diversity and Inclusion: A Pathway to Courageous Conversations"
2nd "What is Your Problem? Identifying the Problem Behind the Problem"
3rd "SPARK: How to Ignite It for Greater Connection, Meaning, Purpose and Impact!"
4th "The Need for a Vision, Strategy, and Resources to Support Organizational Transformation"
5th "Taming Bias: Using Wicked Problem Solving to Make Better Decisions and Align Teams"
6th "Seven Mindsets of Modern Leadership to Become a Successful Disruptor" Saving Changes...

Many people contribute monthly and/or weekly articles, webinars, debates and speaker presentations in our community.
It would be inelegant of me to refer to some people and forget about others who, in the same way, contribute to our community being what it is.
On the other hand, there are people who guarantee the entire organization and support for the functioning of this forum.
My big thank you to all people actively participate. Saving Changes...
