I am looking to create a spreadsheet where on one tab i have the Stakeholder engagement, and on the other the Level of Power/ Influence.... with a graph depicting this. Does anyone have a template they use? or love? Thank you! Saving Changes...
Acuity Institute has a change management class that provides what they call a change management toolkit. It's a locked spreadsheet that has several relevant tabs, including Stakeholder Analysis and Power & Influence Map. I'm not licensed to distribute the spreadsheet, but if you are interested in more detail about it, message me and I'll explain how it works. I should have some engagement planning materials from my Prosci class I can go over, as well.

This template isn't exactly what you describe, but may help to keep track of project stakeholders, including roles, expectations, power, interest, influence, impact, and management strategy.
