Hello! I'm working on putting together a survey to send to key stakeholders in my organization to get their feedback on project management. When I joined the organization this Feb, project management was new as a formal discipline at my organization so I want to get feedback on target areas to focus on that would provide the most value from a stakeholder perspective.
Has anyone survey their organization with a continuous improvement lens that is willing to share what questions worked well and which didn't work well? Do you have any examples you would share that I might be able to utilize? Saving Changes...
Sounds like a great idea to leverage the wisdom of your organization. I would recommend prefacing the survey with a clear operational definition of what is meant by project management as it means different things to different folks.
