Go under your profile then Account, this will take you to another page that shows PDU’s Awarded. Check there and see if your webinars watched show there. Let us know.

Hi Cesare - PDUs are recorded to your ProjectManagement.com account upon completion of an on-demand recording and typically batched to CCRS within 48-72 hours, however, we do ask that you please allow 7-10 *business* days for processing, as delays do occasionally occur.
We're currently experiencing a delay with the processing server which should be resolved by the beginning-mid part of next week. Our apologies for the delay!

Thanks, Heather. Can you share when the system last updated so that I can calculate what I have remaining based on what's showing awarded since then?

Hi Jill - It looks like the system is currently processing PDUs from 17 June. The system should flag the PDUs on your ProjectManagement.com account as "Processed" once they have completed processing.
