PMI/PMP Renewal is broken

My PMP certification expired today because I cannot find a way to renew my certification. When I login to renew, the website shows I am in good standing and I already have all PDUs required for the certification cycle.

But there is no option to renew! Very Strange.

Any ideas on what to do?
Anyone else faced a similar situation?

Tried calling there Customer Service number and was hung up after a robot greeting. I've been trying to renew for a month now.
That seems very unusual. A PMI employee phoned me last week to ask if I wanted to renew (didn't even realize it was expired). I have had the payment portal fail multiple times, but IT calls back quickly so they can take my money.

That's really odd, they are usually very responsive over the phone.

I tried incognito window (Ctrl-Shift-N) every thing worked for me.

It does sometime work under incognito mode. It happened to me twice.
