My PMP certification expired today because I cannot find a way to renew my certification. When I login to renew, the website shows I am in good standing and I already have all PDUs required for the certification cycle.
But there is no option to renew! Very Strange.
Any ideas on what to do?
Anyone else faced a similar situation?
You need to call. I've had issues renewing the last couple times and both required IT support. It might take a couple days to resolve, and as annoyed as I have been with their online renewal system, their customer support people have been nothing but helpful in addressing my own issues. Thank you, Keith. I called customer support, and they told me there is a problem with my profile and IT will look into it. But no timeframe. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Meanwhile, I got an email from PMI that my certification is suspended Saving Changes...

My advise, call PMI directly, forget emails. The team can directly and immediately assist you over the phone.

Tried calling there Customer Service number and was hung up after a robot greeting. I've been trying to renew for a month now.

That seems very unusual. A PMI employee phoned me last week to ask if I wanted to renew (didn't even realize it was expired). I have had the payment portal fail multiple times, but IT calls back quickly so they can take my money.
