I created a custom field, the fields set in the graphical indicator are: Complete - blue circle; Slipping - amber circle; On Target - green circle and Behind Schedule - red circle. I also put in the following formula: Switch([% Complete]=100,"Complete",(([% Complete]100) And ([Scheduled Finish][Status Date])),"Overdue",(([Baseline Estimated Start]=ProjDateValue("NA")) Or ([Baseline Estimated Finish]=ProjDateValue("NA"))),"No BaseLine",[Finish Variance]=0,"On Target",[Finish Variance]=(ProjDateDiff([Project Start],[Project Finish])*0.1),"Slipping",[Finish Variance](ProjDateDiff([Project Start],[Project Finish])*0.1),"Behind Schedule").

The problem is, the only colors showing are: blue - complete and on target - green. The amber and reds do not show. I have baselined the project and am going from that baseline so cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Help!

My recommendation is putting this question into the Microsoft site, mainly MS Project site. I use this type of formulas but not using baseline data.

Do you have graphical indicators for Overdue or No Baseline. What might be happening is that you're seeing the result for "Overdue" - in this case, no indicator. If you take this condition out you might see the indicator for Slipping or Behind Schedule, assuming that both Overdue and one of the other conditions is returning True.

You can troubleshoot this by running the Switch with one condition at a time to verify the results for each.

Also make sure the order in which the conditions are presented goes from most restrictive to least restrictive otherwise that might cause an earlier condition to "catch" your task status.
