PMP tools and templates are heavy and complex in general. Do we have simplified version for the same recommended and endorsed by PMI?

Perhaps I did not understand your point but, what is you looking for?. Templates has no sense if people do not understand that needs is the source to create a template.

Rishi -

If you search in the Templates section of this community or even general Google searches for most common PM artifacts (e.g. risk registers, project charters) you will find simple and complex examples.

The key is to determine WHAT information is required balancing organizational policies and standards with delivery needs and then come up with a minimally sufficient template to meet those needs.

Rishi,

You can always simplify a complex template depending on your needs.
I always customize the ones I find in the Community here, I am thinking the point is to see the idea and the concept and then adapt based on your organization and project. It is much easier to simplify something that is already done and looks complex rather than going and create from scratch.

You can find both. It is up to you to adopt the one that best suits your needs.
