I am currently a doctorate student at the University of Dayton studying organizational leadership. I am currently in the approval stage. My dissertation topic is "Organizational Culture Shift: Applying Agile Methods to shift from Reactive to Proactive Problem Solving". I would love to interview anyone applying Agile principles in their work environment or organization and their lived experiences.
