I currently hold the CAPM and PMP - my CAPM expires in January. The cost to renew is $60, wondering if anyone has bothered to keep the CAPM after having gotten the PMP, or if you would recommend just letting that expire? Saving Changes...

I am from Egypt, and in here its common for people who work in projects to not apply for the CAPM and only apply for the PMP when they are eligible. so I guess it would be a personal preference for you to renew or not. Saving Changes...

From a professional point of view, I totally agree with Kiron, however, from a personal perspective, some like to maintain it as it is their first PMI certification and they put time and effort to achieve it. It doesn’t hurt if you can afford the money.
If I personally had it, I would maintain it for personal reasons.
