(Big Tip) DO NOT USE YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE TO DO THE EXAM

PLEASE try to use English languages to do the exam and I guarantee that you will pass the PMP easily although it is a hard exam ..

On my exam by mistaken I chooses my native language, then I realized that was a mistake but I carried on saying I will be fine.

In the exam I was really shocked It was a Geography Q's NOT a PMP the reason was Google translation used by PMI was not correct or accurate, i.e. one of the value, Q was asking about...... translated to china bank !!!!

I switched to the English version witch was small window only and so hard to keep transferring the answer to my native version I was very nervous

this disaster made me very nervous and very upset because I am ruining of time 35 min left for more than 100 Q's, so I LOST control completely spicily it is my first time to do live test and not familiar with the system.

LESSON LEARNT:
1- USE ENGLISH LANGUAGE ONLY ( PMI USE SOME TERMS TO CONNECT BETWEEN Q AND A ) WITCH IS NOT TRANSLATED CORRECTLY.
2- CHECK YOUR SYSTEM 24 HOURS BEFORE EXAM AND RECHECK 2 HOURS JUST BEFORE SITTING YOUR EXAM.
3- EXAM IS HARD, YOU ARE PICKING THE BEST ANSWER NOT THE CORRECT ONE.
4- DOES NOT MATTER HOW EXPERIENCE YOU ARE YOU ARE DOING THE EXAM BY THE EYE AND HEART OF PMI NOT YOUR ORGANISATION WAY OR POINT OF VIEW.

Like every other language, Arabic is full of idiomatic expression, that's maybe the reason for a unexpected translation.
My PMP exam was in my native language, spanish, but at difference of your case, I found translation accurate.

I completed my exam in English, as I learned all the terms and took the course in English. It would be risky to use our native languages, as many phrases, even the actual words used in the translation could be misleading or completely different. Its great you found a way to overcome this! Great thinking!

I don't think it's possible to generalize your bad experience to all languages. I have hundreds of students who took the test in Portuguese and didn't report any major problems.

In fact there are some small problems already known, including the translation of the PMBOK itself into Portuguese. But these are known issues and can be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
