Before 2019, which information technology service/product company had the possible outbreak of the COVID19pandemic, and how to mitigate this pandemic risk?

Can you clarify your question? Are you asking if a company had staff affected by COVID-19 prior to 2019 OR whether any companies had a comprehensive pandemic risk response in place in the event that the risk was realized?

Well, Prolay,

I think that several larger companies had plans in place to deal with business continuity disruptions. A pandemic, a chemical plant blowup or a tsunami affecting supply chains could be reasons to trigger those plans. Working at IBM, we also consulted others how to become more resilient.
