How risk is handled in an Agile setting is built into the process mostly but taking a look at the RMP content outline should help you cover all needed bases. It should not be a show stopper. I would also advice to read the concepts, trends, tailoring and considerations for Risk in the 6th edition and of course the Standard for Risk Management.

PMI have not released any news that they are changing the RMP Exam. They usually give notice and ample time for candidates to consider so I believe you should be good to go if your exam is within the next two months but call PMI and ask them for reassurance.
