Prosci's Recent Announcement About Refreshed Content

Calling all fellow PMP and Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioners out there - did you see Prosci's recent blog post about changes to their materials and templates? On the surface it sounds positive. After the first year of being certified, I subscribe to their Portal and pay an annual fee to have access to their templates etc. But with this new launch, Prosci is giving me the options that cost between $1,500 and $2,200 in order to see their revised templates even though I am a subscriber to the portal which is now going to be out of date. Did anyone else uncover this issue?

I recently subscribed to some of Prosci's tools using their portal, and canceling those subscriptions was very difficult (monthly subscriptions). It definitely wasn't a good customer experience!
