Hi Project Mangers! This is my first time posting here. I am wondering if anyone out there has a template for a journey map they would be willing to share? I am new to this, and would love to see what others are using. Thanks in advance!

Erin,

do you mean customer journey map, how a customer experience over time is visualized? There are many in Google.

Not sure it should be a PM artefact, it is not mentioned in the new PMBoK Guide. Would seem to me a component of marketing rather than project management.

Hi Thomas - I watched an archived webinar which discussed journey maps - I think it would be really useful tool for analyzing stakeholders. The title of the webinar was "Business Analysis 2018: Understand Your Stakeholders And Their Journey" if you are interested - I thought it was excellent.

Hi Erin. Journey Maps are tools used by business analyst or BRMs. I do not know if inside the PMIs templates sites you will find one. Usually is derived from Use Case. Instead of Journety Maps you can use User Stories Maps. I think you will find more templates of the last one.

Thanks for sharing, Erin.

This might be similar to what Sergio said. He is an expert on BA (among other topics).
