Google Sites could be an option, but you might want to get a Google Workspace account, instead of using a free account. If you have MS Teams, you can give guests access to a Team, which can be used as a portal for everything you described, but you might hit some limitations on what a guest can access depending upon how you set it up. For example, you can add documents, lists, apps, etc, to tabs in Teams, but a guest can only access what is on the tab if they have access to the content. You can add a web page to a tab, but if the guest doesn't have access to the page (internal or access controlled site), the guest won't be able to view the content. Saving Changes...
